New release: 1.9.3 (04/01/2026)

We would like to inform you about a new GENOVESA release focused on performance optimization for WES and WGS data.

This update delivers significantly faster variant loading, more efficient filtering, and smoother overall work in the user interface, particularly when handling large datasets. The biggest improvement will be noticed by users working with analyses containing tens of thousands to millions of variants.

1. Faster variant loading

Variant data loading has been optimized to improve responsiveness especially for large WES and WGS analyses. The application now feels smoother already when opening variant tables and moving between different parts of the workflow.

2. More efficient filtering

Filtering behavior has also been optimized to make work with larger variant sets faster, more stable, and more comfortable. This improvement is particularly important for multi-step interpretation of extensive genomic datasets.

3. Smoother handling of large datasets
