New release: 1.9.2 (03/23/2026)

We would like to inform you about a new GENOVESA update that brings several practical improvements for everyday work in the areas of CNV interpretation, result export, and clearer review of recurrent findings.

This release primarily extends Excel export capabilities, improves overview of recurrent CNV events across datasets, and delivers several smaller enhancements for routine diagnostic workflow.

1. CNV export to Excel

CNV results can now be exported to Excel, making downstream sharing, archiving, and expert review outside the application environment more convenient. This functionality further extends reporting possibilities, particularly for internal documentation and case evaluation.

2. Project and workspace frequencies including shared-sample overview

We expanded work with CNV frequencies at the project and workspace level. The update also introduces a new overview table of samples that share the same CNV, including associated parameters such as quality and CNV type. This provides additional context for internal comparison of findings, assessment of recurrent events, and faster navigation across similar cases.

3. TMB and MSI export to Excel

TMB and MSI results are now also included in the Excel export of variants. This helps consolidate key molecular outputs into a single export file and supports easier downstream clinical or bioinformatics review.

4. Minor bug fixes and incremental improvements

This release also includes minor bug fixes and incremental workflow optimizations, contributing to improved system stability, more consistent application behavior, and a smoother user experience during routine genetic variant interpretation.

Note: The PDF report for CNV is not yet available in the current version and will be implemented in one of the upcoming GENOVESA releases.
