New release: 1.7.1 (01/20/2025)
1. Integration with popular annotation database aggregators
New links to popular annotation database aggregators, such as Franklin and GeneBe, are now available for variants, providing quick access to detailed information about the variants.
OncoKB is a comprehensive database focused on the clinical interpretation of genetic variants in oncology. This database offers an overview of variants associated with specific tumor types, including their therapeutic significance. In GENOVESA, you can now easily access information about variants and their roles in diagnostics, prognosis, or targeted therapy through OncoKB links.
PubMed is a key database for accessing scientific publications and research studies.
2. Addition of the "Inheritance" column
A new Inheritance column has been added to the table, displaying the inheritance type (e.g., AD, AR) of the respective variant based on the gene.
3. Tooltips for column names
Column names are now supplemented with tooltips that provide detailed descriptions of each column's meaning. The tooltips appear when you hover over the underlined column name with your cursor.
4. Details in the "Var Qual" column
If a variant has low quality (LOW), a small "❓" symbol will appear next to the value. Hovering over this symbol with your cursor will display an explanation of why the variant was marked as low-quality, helping you better interpret the data quality.
5. Fixed calendar on the patient card
Previously, the calendar subtracted 1 day for certain fields ("Date of Birthday," "Sample Taken," and "Sample Received"). This issue has now been resolved.
6. Replacing LRG with MANE transcript in the PDF report
The LRG transcript has been replaced with the MANE transcript in the PDF report.
